Siracha Beer Cheese Recipe

This is a fantastic recipe. Very easy to make and adds a nice level of heat.

Siracha Beer Cheese

2# block cheddar, shredded
1/2 spanish onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs Siracha Sauce
12oz beer, boiled & chilled

Add all ingedients to food processor and pulse until well mixed. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until well blended. Add more Siracha if desired. Serve with pretzel nuggets.
