Back in the day you might have called them Food Stamps. Now we call it SNAP. Either way the program has helped millions of people get ahead. Share your CT SNAPshot and tell the House and Senate how SNAP has positively impacted your life!
The House and Senate are proposing cuts to the Farm Bill that could significantly reduce oreliminate benefits for 85,000 of the 400,000 Connecticut residents currently receiving SNAP benefits. That means 20% fewer Connecticut residents will be able to put food on the table each day.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO PROTECT SNAP BENEFITS FOR CONNECTICUT FAMILIES FACING FOOD HARDSHIP!
