4:00PM EDT UPDATE
The Bill was debated. The Republicans filed a Motion to Commit, MTR, requiring background checks for child care workers which is really just an attempt to stall or even kill the bill. The School Nutrition Association tweeted that CNR will be voted on tomorrow.
